Time Two Heal, LLC offers supportive, structured clinical supervision for Residents in Counseling working toward LPC licensure in Virginia. Lisa O. Gibbs, LPC, is a Virginia Board-approved clinical supervisor with more than 10 years of clinical experience working with individuals, couples, families, children, and adolescents.
Clinical supervision is designed to help residents strengthen their clinical skills, develop professional confidence, enhance case conceptualization and treatment planning, navigate ethical and professional responsibilities, and develop their individual identity as counselors.
Supervision may include:
- Case consultation and case conceptualization
- Treatment planning and clinical documentation
- Ethical and professional decision-making
- Diagnosis and clinical assessment
- Development of therapeutic skills and interventions
- Professional development and counselor identity
- Support with Virginia residency requirements and documentation
Lisa's supervisory approach is collaborative, supportive, and educational while encouraging residents to develop confidence and independence as clinicians. Her clinical background includes trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationships and couples counseling, family conflict, ADHD, sexual health and intimacy concerns, and holistic approaches to emotional wellness.
Individual and group supervision are available
Supervision Fee: $125 per hour
Virtual supervision is available throughout Virginia, with in-person supervision available in Fredericksburg
